One labour charge for the repair
Our repair charge covers the engineer’s visit, fault diagnosis and labour required to complete the repair. If replacement parts are required, we will advise you of the additional parts cost before proceeding.
If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, or the appliance is found to be beyond economical repair, the initial repair charge remains payable.
